How do I scan a handwritten list or recipe?

Open Grolly and choose the camera option. Take a clear photo of your note or recipe and confirm. Grolly analyzes the photo and extracts items into a categorized list that you can edit before saving.

Why is my barcode not recognized?

Some barcodes are not present in public databases. Try scanning again with better lighting and ensure the barcode is fully visible. If the product is missing, you can add it manually and mark it as a favorite for next time.

How are health scores calculated?

Health scores combine public nutrition information with category heuristics to produce a 0–10 score. They are intended for guidance only and are not a medical recommendation.

Can I share lists with others?

Yes. From any list, select Share to invite collaborators by link or email. Collaborators can check off items and the progress syncs in real time.

How do I delete my account or data?

Go to Settings → Account to request deletion. You can also email privacy@grollyapp.com with your account email. Deletions are processed as quickly as possible and are irreversible.
